I cant understand this situation. maybe some servers not count sales? and maybe server depends on upload method... Support is very constructive: "We have checked your account and we confirm, that we not missed any sales for your account."

People, who have sales, how do you upload your files? basicly ftp or web?

Same situation. No Dls. And last week no sales. Many weeks before I had everyday 2-4 sales... But rebills I have everyday 2-3... Somebody said this is bad group, and some people have regular sales. WTF? and what we need to do?
