I only spoke to BioHost via 4 tickets, no emails or anything else...just these tickets and the paypal dispute. Also read to see there is no mention about closing the paypal dispute until AFTER my account is terminated.

I opened the ticket when my first ticket about the seedbox pending was unanswered for DAYS, and You DID NOT reply until AFTER I opened the paypal dispute. Honestly I can care less now since there are better services out there. Yes, I got the details for the seedbox, but I couldn't log in at all...
Sorry for necroposting here but I can't make a new thread and I want to warn people NOT to use BioHost for Seedboxes.
At first I did read some bad reviews on BioHost, but since their webhosting started at 2 bucks, I decided to use them for hosting and see how that goes.
I had a majority up time...
