Same here , them are bad now , Now them Over Sold nodes , So RDP too slow. Now i submit 4 or 5 tickets every month , for slow RDP issue , them never fix it permanently. After their Fix, in few days it old stage , I cant continue with this service :( , yesterday My RDP full down, Them site...
