Any copyright holders watching this thread should know this site does NOT comply with valid DMCA notices and would probably make for a great lawsuit target. They're openly in here talking about paying people for content they know is stolen.

DMCA 512h subpoena would easily show who uploaded the materials. Copyright infringement is rarely a "criminal" case unless you're talking a large scale operation. This would be a civil suit, and it would be part of the discovery phase to file a 512h subpoena with the filehost. I seriously...

Well in this case since Bri err Djboutit is the only one posting to his forum, and he's the one uploading the files to a filehost and then broadcasting his links on his forum...I think any prosecutor would have a field day with this guy. Protections exist for innocent people who might be caught...
