One of the servers (or maybe more) is having serious issues. I've noticed that if adding subtitles takes longer than 10 seconds, the video won’t load properly. It either doesn’t load at all or loads and then throws an error after a few seconds. Around 20% of my videos are not loading correctly.

they have a problem with encoding videos for some reason, you will have to re-upload that one for sure, if you check it im pretty sure it will keep loading for couple of minutes and then throw out an error code. 1780177810 Same here, i've paid for the premium like 4 days ago, and today its gone...
