Resolved, they changed my vps node, and e-mailed the new login but the e-mail were in spam folder.

My VPS is inacessible as if someone had formatted it. All files deleted, can't connect with my root pass. Every month i have a bad surprise with this host. I don't know why I still are with this people...

I'm really pissed right now, no answers here, no answers in support ticket. I want refund and will cancel the service.

Why I have to post here to get answer from you. The suport ticket still with no answer, more than 24h with no response from you. Terrible support, terribly service so far. Server still OFF LINE

Here the same, i used my server this month just 1 day so far, and they are not answering suport tickets to say at least what's happening to my server. Very bad service.

My server is OFF-LINE for about 1 day and a half, nobody is answering my ticket, they said to me it will be on-line quickly yesterday and so far nothing solved.....X-(X-(
