Is PPD minimum file size 1 or 5 MB now? On the "Make Money" page it says 1 MB for PPD, scrolling down it mentions "Files smaller than 5MB do not qualify for points."

I suspect the new download system (3 step Popup) scares people away. Especially from non-English speaking countries.

Perhaps you were confused by the PPD Overview under "my profits". I believe all visits and downloads are listed there, but only unique downloads (1 per IP 24 hours) count and are confirmed as rewards I think. The files themselves show that number.
