leave them man they are the shittiest reseller I've ever been with... and yea they don't own these servers they are just resellers of a reseller.. no wonder why they can't do anything about it.. anyway, I've already switched to another host and I still got like 2 months with scopehosts but...

unfortunately, I didn't know that till now... but once I get a backup for my websites I will leave them..

same goes with me... im using VPS and its been down since two weeks... the support is shit no one is answering and its getting frustrating..
