If someone offers 290$ by AP or MB and someone 360$ by PP the guy who offered 290$ is offered 1$ than the guy who offered 360$ because 360$ - 20%= 288$. This is because my country is not supported by PP and for withdrawing money from PP I need to wait over 1 month and pay 20% fee to third part...

Hmmm... It works fine for me. I haven't problems like that up to now. Could explain me what is happening? Phaze don't answer to the email, so I guess about year ago, but I'm not 100% sure. Phaze don't rerate / whitelist new sites / answer emails anymore. Phaze listed sites are expensive now...
