Openload has streaming. Depends on how long. Anything over 1GB doesn't allow streaming I believe.

Well when people visit the links they have to view an ad for 5 seconds of whatever. The advertisers pay them. I'm not sure how though, either CPM(Paid for each view) or if they get paid per every sale i'm not sure.
