You need streaming rights. Contact bitshare support with where you share your streams, how many hits and so on.

It is not possible to change the payment method after requesting a payment. Often said in this thread and also written on the request payout page of Bitshare I'am sorry for you, but they don't do refunds. I follow this thread and you are not the 1st that wanted a refund.

Why you have 0 Files? Did you buy premium from your own link? As far as I know it is not possible to change payout method after requesting.

For about a month now movie2k is not accepting new links from your host.

SC only for english audio. (because they block US users) I really don't like that some sites don't allow some hosts...

There is no answer to that question...it depends...you should try PPD for let's say 2 weeks and then see how much you earned. Compare that to the number of sales you made in this 2 weeks and you will have your answer.
