they have already made an anouncement here that paypal restricted them and they sent the necessary papers to paypal to resolve this issue. but based on the posts here most of you dont deserve an explanation you deserve whaat fileserve or filesonic or oron did.

first of all download counts are not realtime i am not very sure but it changes around 4hr-12 hr. second although they say they are counting noncomplete downloads they are probably dont now. and most important they count 1 ip every 24 hr. from their faq it is obvious you didnt bother to read...
