No. If I upload an image and "someone" visits it, I get 1 paid view. If this "someone" visits your image afterwards, you don't. You should look for traffic sources where imgChili is not already being used too much. Otherwise you will end up with few paid views.

Well, malicious traffic from infected computers and such gets blocked before it reaches us. So we don't deal with that on application level and we have no reason to block anything else.

We don't ban affiliates for sending whatever traffic. If it's a human visitor able to see ads, you get paid. If not, you don't. We don't care where the visitor is coming from.

There is exactly 1 established competing host that pays more than we do and that's not even for all tiers. They do that, because they have to compensate for missing payout methods. Others I wouldn't call established. If they pay more, they either cheat and/or will run into problems sooner...
