I quite like that looks good, nice and simple not to busy, and easily navigated. A slightly darker blue for the header but keep the light blue for the nav. And the main nav bar maybe about #333333 then put a light gradient overlay so it stays overall pretty dark, think it would look quite good.

There was no template on our website untill roughly 3 hours ago, so for you to have bought it when the TOS was there you would have to have purchased within the last 3 hours, which you did not.

He purchased before that template was online, so if you want to say it in that sence, there would have been nothing about 7 day money back. And also the full template was edited, and the TOS was also changed, and edited for that matter

And for underage, yes the domain is in my name, but the company indeed is not mine. But in that sence, 18 is NOT underage to run a company in the UK.

We are not scammers & the design was meerly being used for a couple of days untill our design was completed. But at your request the design has been taken down & we will just redirect our domain to our client system untill this has been completed. Sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
