Really just 1 download per IP per 24 hrs? Usually when hosts limit to 1 download per day they have higher rates. Your actual rate would be good if it counts multiple downloads.

I highly suggest everyone to avoid this site. The owner paid me and then disputed the payment causing my paypal to get limited and when emailed them about it they have the gal to act innocent saying they never despute and even asks me for screenshots because they don't believe me. This is weird...
