The video doesn't download in original format/size but a lot lower, what's the cause?

it's still blocked in some countries, such as Germany Access denied Error code 1020 You cannot access streamlare.com. Refresh the page or contact the site owner to request access.

is it possible to get a list of affected videos? or at least a time frame, e.g. videos uploaded between this and this date are affected.
