yea sure servers down no payments and they dont give a damm to add a new payment option its over 2 mounts since they dint pay and you hope to see the money that you earned? guess again

Hello Till I have one more question.. How the dowloads are counted.. I mean that i know that is 1 dl per ip per 24 h but.. if a user downloads from another user a file and after from me a file (in the same 24h) .. my download is counted..? or only that user get the download counted and me...
