I can't for the life of me figure why people are so damn obsessed with Google PR. It doesn't affect your SERP's, nor does it affect the traffic you receive from Google (through past experience on WarezScene, I received more whilst I was PR3, than PR4). So I'm interested, why do you care about...

Depending on the type of attack a hardware firewall might be useless. If you can extend your budget to $300 per month I can probably ask around and get you hooked up with something reasonable. As you're not dealing with sea sea's directly you don't need hardcore BP setups.

I can get you a BP server in RU/UKR for about $500 including DDoS protection.

If you're in the US, most ad companies when you reach any significant earnings will require your SSN. Simply to file to the IRS so they know if you've been earning any money.

Simple requests were lagging, so we shut off the forum to convert parts of the database. Better to fix as soon as we can, as opposed to waiting until more traffic has arrived.
