    i have used it, looks crap, i'ma gonna stick with windows 7. That O.S is meant to work good with touch screen devices, they just added few new functionality and want to sell it as different version to earn more money.

    IP.SEO allows meta tags for each pages, for general meta tags, its inside Admin Panel >> System Settings >> Search Engine Optimization.
