You should consider asking your current host to give you a hand with setup and initial security/configuration of the forum since you are new to it, I'm sure they could give you lots of pointers and advice as well. Most shared hosts should be more then happy to give you a hand with your site.

Could be a number a reasons... anything in the error_log? Was it previously working and just up and broke? What are the current PHP settings?

I've never used VC or any visual based editor for managing named records, but as far as DNS setup goes, what service are you running? I could talk you through configuring and setting up the service.

Um... I've been busy debugging in the dark to patch the server issue which never should have happened... anyway, I've managed to patch it, so everything is stable. I had more important things to do then feed the trolls in this thread and on other forums where people decided to post at. Anyway...

I currently run both, and I've found that you make more off of a legal site since you can have Google Ads. However, if you get big enough, you can run custom ads which will result in more income.

Due to serious issues in real life, I've been unable to access the internet. However, the move was finally successful after the data center fixed their issues as I requested and the new servers is running stable. There will be one final reboot later tonight which will finalize the server...

Alright, I THINK, I've finally found and fixed the problem. If server does not reboot in the next 15 minutes, it should be stable again for the foreseeable future(prays). God, this issue was a bitch to track down and bypass. :/
