fatfigher ~ It depends how long he's been in business if he's starting few months to a year a vps is the right choice the fact that he could loose money getting fully dedicated server. If starting from the bottom to the top isn't normal then someone is looking at the picture upside down...

There hosting is kinda bites a bit last when I was client I had alot of downtime however that was a few years ago they've probably improved by now.. They do monitor there vps for malicious activity though which is set to auto suspend it can be nice some however and can be inconvenience for you...

Spetsnaz I've heared some good and bad with that place I never really cared for there shared hosting but I do hear there vps are pretty good though.
