Can you, Jo, actually read my PM and activate the affiliate option of my account? The "make money" tab is nowhere to be found in my account and it's impossible to fill the payment information because I always get an error when I try to.

Rapidgator should at least now count rebills from deleted files, I mean they surely get tons of money just by doing that. Rebills should be credited according to members ID and not files ID.

Hello. I recently (last friday) applied for a Payoneer card through Webmoney and I would like to know how much time does it take for you to decide whether you approve or decline my application.

It isn't about making or not making money, it is about being serious about a business. If you're a file host and you're going to close any user account, you should at least have the decency to give a valid reason about why that account was closed.
