if the statement of "Payment Within 24 hours" refers to what you just said, this is worse. which means, pending payouts may take 6 months and if the stat is not changed to paid the statement of "Payment Within 24 hours" will never be fulfilled.

well, things here are not that usual, most (if not all) uploaders here did not receive their payout within 24h or 7 days and even 14 days or more. usual things happened elsewhere not here.
