I test it without logging in. Everyone complain about it I guess it's not about me. I'll test it with different connections and PCs but I don't think it will be different. It will be still 30-40 kbps in average.. If it reaches up to 90-100 kbps at least, I'll begin to use it right away.

I try to download something but download page doesn't load.. I rarely see this properly working.. How many temporary problems you have? I see too many..

Almost everything seem fine except low DL speed for free users.. If it goes up, I will start using. I use PPD and get more than 1K DLs a day.. Speed for free users is important for me.
