Regarding the slow FTP upload speed:
Everytime I upload, I always upload to Fileserve and Uploadstation at the same time, 25 connections each. Fileserve upload speed is usually normal but Uploadstation many files start up slow at 1xx Kbps or less than 20 KB/s and stay on that speed forever...
Yup! It definitely has nothing to do with peak hours. It happens anytime of the day and it's becoming more common. You cannot leave the FTP uploading unattended. I tried to let it be slow without interfering, eventually and several hours later it will time out, which means you need to restart...
Lately, I notice both Fileserve and Uploadstation have the same unique problem, something not happened before. With FTP upload, some connections will start at around 135 Kbps (17 KB/s) and cannot go any higher. Aborting that connection and restarting it sometimes the speed would return to...

I really hate the new interface. It just look different. It doesn't improve anything. And those bugs that were previously on the old interface also exist here. There are also unnecessary extra clicks. For example, moving files using the old file manager only need to flag the files, click "Move"...
@Sumitims:
Although this may or may not be the same case as yours but when my accounts were hacked on both Fileserve and Uploadstation, the hacker upgraded my premium accounts too (added two 30-day premiums from my un-cashed credits), I think after he knew he cannot profit from the hack.
That's not the case. I mean this:
What is that big, empty blank space there?! Regardless of what browser, this space is there on some of the folder. This folder here for example has only 2 dozen files, so it's not a matter of too many files in the folder.
Also, it seems you guys have missed...
I'll be damn if Uploadstation is working on their file manager bug fixes / improvements. It's about time too...6 months since the day we requested them.
@Uploadstation:
You are the most patient guy working for a filehost. Other filehosts would tell its users to "Fu-ck off and die!!" :)
Kudos, my friend. Now that's what I call customer service! Keep up the good work!

Btw, Uploadstation, what's going...
The FTP upload bug is getting worse and worse!
Back then some files would take 3 to 6 hours before showing up in File Manager. Now you might need to repeatedly upload numerous times before it shows up. Or even worst - not show up at all regardless how many times uploaded.
It must have...
Funny but so true. My stats gradually dropped from 1200 downloads a day 2 weeks ago to less than 500 yesterday. By months end it will be zero and Uploadstations laughing all the way to the bank and say:
"S U C K E R S !!"
You know, I don't recall any filehost goes offline more often than Fileserve. In fact, among the dozen or so filehosts that I am on these few years, only Netload and Fileserve go completely offline. But then, everytime Netload goes offline, they always compensate their users a day or two for...
The weird thing is, now that I updated my password, Jdownloader claims my account is invalid and refuses to accept it. I can no longer use JDownloader to download from Fileserve.
Payments approved but not transferred yet. That's a start!
[Update]
Payment received. Thank you Uploadstation.
No I can feed my 3 wives and 7 hungry children!
My turn!
Needless to say with the Aug 4th pending request but what about the Aug 10th? It was requested on a Wednesday US PST.
