Well here are a couple suggesstions. When banning make sure you ban everything you know about them.Username..ip..email(s).then delete them.. make sure you use IP deny in Cpanel. Geeze... Now I know why I got off IPB in the first place.. quite frankly I don't like it.. So.. I have been doing the Internet Shuffle and came up with nothing on conversion from IPB 3.1.2 to PhpBB. I don't mind spending time on configuring boards.. but I like sharing communities..and IPB does...

Well I am using it without any problem at all. If I have a situation I just go to them and they fix it or help me. Never have a problem with downtime of poor tech help. Sorry you had a poor experience PREVIOUSLY.. with them as this may have been a while ago since this thread is from last Holiday.
