Hi Jayy, welcome but what confuses you here?

The problem with the world wide web is can me impossible to take any action against people in other countries or who hold all the records as you now have none.

I get 82% of all my search queries from Google and then Bing next. I only optimise my website for google because of that.

Its definitely hard work getting anything new working and at times you can feel very dejected and think about giving up. You really need to be in for the long haul and be ready to change things if you are not getting the results. Nothing worthwhile comes from little effort so be prepared to work...

Is anyone making really good money on any of the affiliate network so they don't have to get a normal job?

Just another thought, put in a directory of relevant businesses that others would find in your forum and you might get some of their traffic.

I can't tell but there is nothing special about it. It looks pretty boring so why not find a more attractive site.

Having links from different domains will be better provided they are dofollow and have the same authority.

Just like anything online you can advertise it anywhere so go blog it everywhere and get your message out.

You can only see old PR on PR checkers as google as stopped updating them but they still use PR so keep going with the link building and the results will come. Google stopped updating it so link builders would be put off when they can't see the PR changes.

As an outsider looking in you have to be nuts to vote for trump!

There are lots of opportunities to generate income from advertisements but you need to be getting traffic there in the first place. The cost effort of getting the traffic needs to be less than the spend of the traffic of not worth the effort!

Like ctrlswitches said, the landing page is very important as if its crappy then visitors will click out quicker than they got there!
