hmm, that worked on mine when I tried.. but it was showing the 'FORUM' buttons link as http://mastwarez.com/forums/.php that's not a problem, we can try to remove that

Goto cpanel, 1. Goto the your forum directory 2. Rename the index.php file to index1.php or anything you want to 3. now rename the forum.php to index.php 4. login to your admin panel, goto 'Forums Home Page Option' and remove the forum text and save. then refresh your page and check..

Simple, don't see there usernames if it's annoying you xD It's there wish to use there nicknames as long as WJ allows them while signing up :p

You would remove the current index.php file, rename the forum.php to index.php, then in the AdminCP->Settings->vBulletin Options->Forum Home Page Options, set the first option to index.
