I need to create an index on the header of my wordpress site that is similar to the one below and is an alphabetical list of categories http://screensnapr.com/v/gz0X15.png i.e. clicking on C will take the user to list of categories starting with C can this be done in wordpress?

yeah it has slowed down the performance of the page a little bit and every bit matters

pr doesnt mean shit for me , most of the pr2 site i have had or have generate almost 10-20k less users then sites with pr0 or pr1, its all about the content

i get 403 Forbidden when i try to access it, or is it just me?

My category sidebar for the new theme is messed up somehow, is is not showing parent child relationship like it normally does, here is what it look like although most of these are parent categories

well i dont need borders at all , i just need a line seperator inbetween and thats all, the reason is that there is a LOT of code that will be aligned on the left and right on that line and not just simple text so the simple it is the better it is to sort for me please refer to the pic on top...

i actually read that one but the html version has borders and the css version doesnt show how to align text left and right and also doesnt work
