Dude, sorry about what i say but, You wany someone to design/code your site, give you a dedicated server to host your site because you got a domain with no traffic on it? The one you are looking for can easily register a domain and start working on it, why should he/she try to help you out ?

Emailing is the best way in my opinion because people can get in touch with eachother using computers, tablets, smartphone which everyone has one in his/her pocket nowaday. It is sometimes slow but works perfectly.
