The best site that you can reach now is sceneaccess & iptorrents. (Scene access is faster) Also there are some private ftp's, usenet and different resources but you can't reach them simply, so I suggest you to find a scene access invitation.

Ftp upload issue hasn't fixed, please take a look at it. :) I always get 35-45 mb/sec but over two days, I am getting barely 5-10/s
