How you determine that stats frozen? If you didn't get any sales/rebills this doesn't mean that stats frozen. i'm tired to repeat "Sales/rebills are OK" In past, when stats was frozen, problem was ONLY ON DISPLAYING stats, not in counting. So you didn't LOSE any sales/rebills.
