You should also look at Ukraine, UA. I was with MHost.ua (until they were arrested on unrelated money laundering charges lol) and got Abuse/DMCA complaints through the roof. Not that they cared ... as long as it is not porn, UA is VERY safe!

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the service lately. Sweden is at some hours unbearably slow and I just found out that Russia 2 is completely down, since the IP I have there does not even resolve. I moved some sites from Sweden to the Russia Node and now my sites are down!

I have respect for hosts who fail, but inform their clients, apologize and then go out of business gracefully. If you are given a few days to backup and transfer your stuff, it is all ok. But I paid almost 100 Euros yesterday to them, after I tested them for almost a month. That sucks :facepalm...

I use FileDino for months and the downtime due to the server move aside (which was a good thing), I have nothing bad to say. They have the highest payout per download and they do pay out too.
