Been taking the "wait and see" approach for 6 months now, and nobody was whining, I was stating facts that the funds have been released and I haven't been paid.

The 180 days has came and went. My first frozen payment was for 6/15, so we know that the paypal funds have been released to extabit yet nobody has got their payments from 6 months ago. Very bad news indeed.

No, they don't pay by paypal. And if you modify your account setting then your payment is automatically held back a week for security reasons. If you switch your payment to webmoney now, then you will get payment in 2 weeks.

Got a sale from the USA for the first time since the lost avangate. However, I will not go back to them being my main filehost until the frozen balance is paid, in 2 days it will be 6 months since their paypal limitation.

Paypal limited their account 5 months and 3 weeks ago. It's a maximum of 180 days that paypal limits accounts, I'm sure they've already received the frozen funds, but I give them 1 more week to pay the frozen balance, if they don't pay next week then we can all call them liars and cheaters.
