If they don't pay everyone today, both Imgcloud and Imgmoney can indeed be considered scam websites. I strongly advise all affiliates to quit working for them if you are not paid today because you never will be afterwards.

So it comes down to this: people that can only use PayPal or an other payment processor will have to wait for an indefinite time. This might be another couple of weeks from what I understand. How on earth do you consider this an appropriate solution? It is not the users who should have to...
