We will solve that issue as soon as possible. Please until we solve it completely try to reopen your FTP client and connect to your Mexashare account again when you have that problem, that should work. Nope, closing & reopening my FTP client then reconnecting doesn't work. Hope you fix this soon.

Same thing happened to me. Just open a ticket with their support guys. Make sure to have all the necessary screenshots ready just in case.
