They're not a scam host. They made the mistake of advertising their network on digitalpoint which has a huge Asian following all too happy to abuse the service with automated traffic, bot networks and stuff like that. They're now suffering from the backlash and have fewer advertisers active...

ImageTwist.com is quite popular with video posters whereas IMG.YT is becoming increasingly popular with gallery posters. Both offer an above average rate. ImgChili.net is stable but does not offer a competing rate.
