I requested wire transfer on October 19, 2017 and never did get it when they send out wire transfers, which is the 20th of every month. Now we are November 20, 2017 and still PENDING, Chatting with Blake the customer rep right now and he cannot even get a reply from his own accounting team...
For a year now remote upload has had issues with the files getting stuck on "initiating" and for many times it has been for hours upon hours and you cannot contact technical support directly as the box i see only has customer rep assistance and that is never good help when dealing with...
I keep seeing this error. I use a VPN so not sure that has something to do with it but i have been using a VPN for a while now and never had this issue until today.
