Got the compensation balance! But in the mail you said my compensation was of 360$ but i only got 300$ Maybe it's because the issue that happened yesterday?

I'm trying to say that i think you added the compensation to my total balance and not to my compensation balance since i requested a payout of the whole compensation .-. Also in the mail you said that my compensation was of 360$ but in my account i already had 60$ So i expected to see Balance...

Hi i read some of the previous post. Just wondering, is normal that i still can't see the compensation balance? I mean you said that until it's processed it is set to 0 but i can't see it at all

Well if you could cancel my payout request and transfer all the balance on my GOU account I'll appreciate that a lot I'm registered to both website with the same email

I think they will first solve all the problems on GOU and then come here and fix this host too. At least i hope so :sweat_smile: Also i have a payment requested on 22/01, lmao a month ago and it's still pending
