For many filesharing sites, with a premium account, you can enable direct downloads, have you tried this?

Have you tried the remote url upload? If you have filesonic direct download links, then you should be able to upload this way.

Currently, this depends on the size of the file, users that download large files have to wait longer. A 60 min wait would be from a pretty large file, so a user must upgrade to premium if they wanted to download many large files fast.

Are you promoting less or uploading less files? Wait a few days and see if stats improve. Its normal for downloads to slow during certain days. Also, we have recently improved download speeds and decreased the wait time, so downloads should get better as downloaders notice new improvements.
