What speed VPS were you using? The 1Gbs?

Just signed up for a 1Gbs Silver NL slot. Looks like they also have Diamond in stock as well. But says that due to demand it may take up to 5 days before you get your slot.

Nevermind Need to transfer a domain over according to your site. Dont want to do that with a VPS I may or may not keep.

Just got an email that my VPS was suspended for non-payment when I even submitted a ticket and Allan created an invoice for me and was paid in full on tuesday. I would create another ticket with the payment details but I can't reach your site right now which says that it is down for maintenance.

Speed is still pretty poor to my home network. Can I get moved to another server and if I do will I get to keep the 150GB of storage that I currently have? Or get a test account on one of the NL servers to see if that is any better?

Thanks for the offer. The support people checked things out for me and pretty much determined the VPS is fine but my local isp is causing my speed issues. I borrowed a friend's VPN, logged into an NYC node and could max out my downsteam speed at home. If I try without the VPN I get 20-30K/sec...

I'm seeing really poor speeds with my VPS on the venisa cluster. Already submitted a support ticket but was wondering if anyone else is having trouble as well.

Everything seems to be running fine for at least the last 24 hours. Someone replied to the ticket and said the German datacenter was having some trouble. But my VPS is OK now. Thanks.

Well now its up and down. I can access the control panel but can't get FTP to connect, keeps timing out. Edit to add: I've already filed a support ticket when the VPS was completely down and would be happy to give the number to a Knowin rep if asked.
