I can't connect, when i hit connect the box pops up with the securing conenction thing, then closes, anyone else having this problem?

I ASKED for it to be closed, when the server was having issues i bought a new account on the new server, and im not gonna use the old one, so i went to the client area and saw i could have it closed. And will the days be added to my account that we lost, and if yes then when?
