@Jeff_K2S Can you plese verify the status of ticket #674880 It's almost whole day without any news about the progress of fixing the issue 1792083235 Info from support: "For now, they have temporarily stopped deleting files". Waiting for the information about the status and expected time of...

I don't understand. We are earning money for us and for moneyplatform, and they are constantly breaking the tools allowing us to do that. Stupid idea.

Same here, ticket created. I'm getting fed with constant issues here Vibe coding :(

Why the hell I am force redirected to workplace? It's not possible to work with large amount of files in my workflow with this new "half" manager 1789111940 And another question regarding payment gates, that have been announced some time ago: Has anyone else noticed a drop in successful...

website down

I have reported that issue long time ago using that Google Forms, but maybe no one is checking that. The issue still persist also for me right now. I can scroll how long I want, but nothing is loaded after 25 initial files. I'ts happening in all folders.

already sent an email to support becuse whole Moneyplatform is down

Yeah, the stats seems strange sinve 1 may. for 3 days there were almost double unique DL, now since yesterday it's dropped to less than half of normal. Premium and free downloads seems more or less similar as before.

new filemanager is under https://workspace.moneyplatform.biz/ use https://moneyplatform.biz/ instead

Yes. I'm in contact with them.

Hi Jeff, I know all of that you said, I also send a lot of responses in google forms. My problem is that when I created a ticket regarding problems in current filemanager I was replied to just use a new one - "no big deal" they said. Like the person responding didn't know it's not usable right...

I don't know how do you guys feeling, but in my opinion the new filemanager was prepared by person who only works with 5-10 files. I'ts absolutely terrible. 0 filtering options, searching by name in folder do not exists, selecting many files is a dramatic fighting with shift+LMB. No option to...

If that helps it's still possible to move files one by one using pencil icon in the file line on the right. Bulk moving also dead for me since yesterday. No reply on ticket for 12 hours 1770701590 Edit: seems it started to work now

Wow, moving files stopped working. I'm getting annoyed of constant interface issues.

Maybe the servers are busy blocking files? 🤣 Seriously, only today I have 800 permanently blocked files. 1753809321 Jeff, did Visa or Mastercard called Moneyplatform?

There is another factor. It seems that some new company "DMCA Piracy Prevention Inc" started a mass campaign of sending compliants to google. Possibly they are using some sort of AI and automations to track indexed websites. In two weeks I had hundreds of removals from only one wesite. My SEO...

I've switched to Ledger wallet. Problem solved. If you need some data use this: Sender: Nikola IT services Wallet type: non custodial wallet I got this data from ADVcash payment confirmation. No one is checking if this is true. It will be used only in case of investigation. Only online...
