i'm pretty sure session handling and setting of cookie isn't working 100% as if you visit one of my links i have taken away the 3day payment option, and sometimes when i visit my own links the 3 day payment option does show up but whenever i refresh or visit another link of mine a second time...

Yeah, this is most likely what's going on, i wish keep2share would let me see the referral url to my files if it's outside my domain, also there could be a security breach on my side i'm unaware off. My setting on k2s is not to let search engines index, i will try to investigate further.
