I think you should learn to type legible English before trying to speak down to me. Ofcourse websites exist to make money but plenty succeed without the tactics employed by these two sites.

I don't like either because the sole purpose of both is to suck money out of visitors or bombard them with popup/under ads. But I'll go with Megavideo because it has a bigger infrastructure and brand backing it up.
