Hi Yes they pays. I got payments twice. Best host of the year to me in terms of speed and performance. Only bad thing is the limitation of 200 downloads for free user. Otherwise it rocks.

If free users are not able to download files without registering, no one will use your host I think. No one bothers to register for downloads. You can block anonym free user from uploading files but not downloading. After all you are the owner its up to you to decide. Bye and good luck with...
