    Most of the money earned is from a month ago anyway. This whole CC fraud thing has always been around, it's nothing new.One thing they better not start doing is closing accounts for being inactive and never pay the affiliate. Moved to another host.

    Got a rebill also today (after 3 weeks of 0 sales). They restored my money requested back to my account also. CC option visible in Spain. Has anyone outside of Germany but in the EU been able to request a payout through the bank transfer option?
