The server and ip both are of netherland this is basically called spoffed ip address's Many providers do that because doing this the dcma notices and all are sent directly to the hosters and not the datacenter :) if you dont believe me do a trace route of that ip it will should u its in NL...

Yes they provide RDA but you will have to get Windows Installed on that Server :) You can also use RDP with Linux

Its not that mate all clients are equal for us but the current clients have more priority :) shubhank and me both are trying our best to fix this issue even Netdirekt is acting pretty strange and not providing the support which we need :(
