Downloads are way up and sales are way down, pretty bad for business, good for the free downloaders, but there's no reason for people to buy premium with the way they have it set up now.

Yep me too, and now I can't seem to upload a file to save my life, every since they said they were getting things fixed things have seemed to go downhill. Although stats seem to be counted correctly now so that's the most important thing, but I sure wish they would just solve all these issues...

Everything was fine, and you said you guys were "fixing things and making upgrades" and you guys messed everything up, downloads aren't being counted correctly and sales aren't being counted right. I have no Idea what happened but there's definetely something wrong with what you guys did.

Right Carnival, but bitshare support keeps saying everything is normal, which it obviously is not by looking at my stats yesterday and today from what I get on average.

I don't think all the sales are being counted either while you guys are having your problems.

Obviously you're not getting enough sales and downloads to get upgraded to platinum or silver. 60% is still pretty damn good.

My sales are way down as well, maybe something with your system bitshare. I think it should be checked into maybe if others are complaining about sales too, I can vouch mine are WAY down too. Not accusing you guys of anything, but possibly something wrong with your system.
