For godaddy you have to create nameserver. Go to Hostname field and create ns1 and ns2 with server ip. After creation update nameserver to ns1.yourdomain.com

If you want to create your own nameserver like ns1.yourdomain.com, then do this Go to your domain control panel> register/private nameserver> create your own nameserver and put hosting provider ip in the Ip field.

Your accounts has been moved to new vps. You should not have changed the nameserver ip untill data moved to new vps. Which caused downtime. Your vps had 42gb of data and a lot of sites, we faced too many errors while moving the accounts to new vps.

We have provided new vps 2 days ago. But you have not made any ticket about site offline issue.

We have checked your vps. Everything seems fine. Have you changed the nameserver ip of your domain?
